OUT OF ZONE Players Per Skate Tryout Registration 2017-2018

This form is to be used by players who are OUTSIDE of one of following member centers that make up the Barrie AAA Zone.

Barrie, Beeton, Essa, Innisfil, Stayner and New Tecumseth (TNT).


'Out of Zone' players that are arriving at spring tryouts #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 or #6, the tryout fee will be $25.00 per skate. These players are guaranteed one tryout. Registration for ALL tryouts is done online.

 

If the player is invited to return to the next skate you MUST register online PRIOR to EACH skate. Once registered, print your paypal receipt that arrives as an email and bring with to hand in to the coach as confirmation of your registration and payment. *NO EXCEPTIONS* CASH AND OR REGISTRATION IS NOT ACCEPTED AT THE ARENAS. 

If the player signs a card with the Barrie AAA Zone team, the balance of the initial $125.00 must be paid to complete their registration fee. 

Registration fees are non-refundable after the first tryout has begun. If payment was made prior to the first tryout and a refund is requested, a refund will be issued, less a $5.00 administration fee. 

 

In order to attend our Barrie AAA Zone tryouts you MUST provide an original Form 1/Waiver.

Registration/payment is NOT accepted at the arenas-no exceptions.
Players are reminded to wear proper equipment as per OMHA rules. This includes, mouth guards, neck protection and goalie 'dangles' (plastic neck guards). Players not wearing appropriate protection in compliance with OMHA rules will not be permitted on the ice surface.
Waiver of Liability

We, the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the above named candidate trying out for a position on a Barrie AAA Zone team, hereby give my/our approval to participate in any and all Barrie AAA Zone activities. I/we assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities, and I/we do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Barrie AAA Zone Hockey Association, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, and persons transporting my/our child, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance.

Barrie AAA Zone use a secure service with PayPal. You can pay as a 'guest' in PayPal with a major credit card. You do not need to set up an account with Paypal to use this system. You cannot use a debit card. You may see an option for a debt transaction, but it will not complete correctly. When you have completed this registration form and have answered all questions listed above, click the 'Submit Form' button shown below. Your registration information will be saved in our database. You will be taken to a new page, look to the bottom right and click 'Click Here to Pay Online' and you will be transferred to PayPal to complete the registration process by entering your credit card payment information. To complete the registration process, you must complete this payment process.

Any registration forms submitted without the accompanying payment verification are not valid and your player will not be permitted to tryout. It is YOUR responsibility to verify you have both emails to complete your tryout registration and payment were completed.

You will receive two emails, one from Paypal with your official payment receipt and one from us as a confirmation of your registering. If you DO NOT receive an email receipt from Paypal, please email us ASAP.
