Our 9 AAA teams came out on Thursday, September 26 to support their OHL Affiliates.
It was a tough loss by the OHL Colts as the Owen Sound Attack beat them 10-0.
However, we still marked the occasion by recognizing Barrie AAA Alumni, Barret Kirwin who plays for Owen Sound and Tyson Foerster who plays for Barrie. They along with representatives from each team and our Chairman, Hugh Campbell, took part in the ceremonial puck drop (see picture below).
Congratulations to the Novice team who sold the most tickets and won the post game player and coach meet & greet and dressing room tour.
This was an excellent opportunity for our teams to raise some funds to support team specific initiatives and events planned for the season, while giving players and families a chance to connect off-ice.
