ETA Announces Midget All Stars
The ETA has selected the Midget AAA players who will compete in the 21st annual Midget AAA All Star game. The game will be played on Saturday, December 7th, at the Holly Arena in Barrie as part of the ETA's AAA showcase. Two teams, ETA East and ETA West have been selected. The players will all participate in a skills competition at 9:00 am followed by the all star game at 12:30 PM. Following the game one ETA All Star team will be selected from the participating players to face off against the SCTA All Stars in January.
The ETA initiated the Midget all star game in 1993 to acknowledge and recognize the hockey skills of our best Midget AAA hockey players and to provide a venue where these players could demonstrate their abilities.
Congratulations to our Barrie Colts Midget players Matt Cochrane and Tyler Rolfe on being selected on the ETA Midget All Star Roster.
