Regular Season Success & Congratulations
As play-offs  draw closer we would like to celebrate the success of our Barrie AAA teams.

Each teams regular season results are the product of all the effort and hard work that players, coaches and parents have put towards their team.  This includes each athletes effort on and off the ice towards team goals, the time spent by coaches working with and developing the athletes to reach their individual and team goals and finally, the incredible support which parents provide to their child and team over the very long season.  Recognize your team’s strengths, make your team’s weaknesses a priority for improvement and continue to work together as a team as you move into play-offs.

At this time, the Executive would like to recognize the regular season accomplishments of the following teams:

The Novice, Minor Atom  and Atom teams are all currently atop the ETA West standings with only a handful of games to go over the next two weeks as they make the final push towards play-offs.  Congratulations to the players and coaching staff.

The Peewee team has had a great season and will finish #1 in Eastern Hockey League.  They have two more regular season games before their play-offs start.  The Peewee team has also qualified to represent the Ontario Minor Hockey Association at the upcoming 2018 Ontario Winter Games.  The hockey games will take place March 1 to March 4, 2018 at the Mnjikaning Arena.  Other teams participating in the event will be representing the Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA), Hockey Northwestern Ontario (HNO), Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), Alliance Hockey (AH), Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) and Hockey Eastern Ontario Minor (HEOM).  Congratulations to the players and coaching staff.

The Minor Midget team had an impressive regular season .  Playing 34 games over the season with a record of 27-4-3 has earned them 57 points and #1 spot atop of the Eastern Hockey League.   The Minor Midget team begins their OMHA play-off run this Saturday against our Highway 11 rivals, the North Central Predators.  Congratulations to the players and coaching staff.
