The Barrie AAA hockey community mourns with the Humboldt Broncos, the small community of Humboldt, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League and the rest of the hockey world. The tragic and unimaginable accident has affected so many within the hockey community. Our thoughts, love and prayers are with the players, team staff, families, billet families, friends and the entire Humboldt community during this sad time.
We all love the game of hockey because of the things it teaches us all off the ice: team work, compassion, trust and having someone's back when they need it. The Barrie Colts AAA Zone Hockey Association will be making a donation and we encourage others to do the same.
