Congratulations Minor Atom Remembrance Day Tournament Champions
Congratulations Coach Joel and the Minor Atom team on their win this weekend in our tournament.
After an opening game tie, the team went on to win their remaining games, including a 6-5 OT win in the championship final. The final saw our kids down 4-0 and 5-1, but apparently not a problem for coach Joel and staff. The coaches rallied the troops, dried some tears, literally and mounted the come back. The building was as loud as I have heard in a while and when the winning goal was scored the place erupted. Great job team on your second tournament win of this season.
The Novices and Midgets teams also had a strong showing in very competitive divisions falling short of their goal, but not short on effort.
