Request for a Waiver/Form1 Release from Barrie AAA ZONE
Waivers for the 2024-2025 season will not be considered or processed in advance of the first day of tryouts in April. Any requests submitted in advance of that date will NOT be processed.
The requests for a Waiver/Form1 Release from Barrie AAA ZONE are processed electronically via the OMHA portal. Please email the following details to [email protected] :
Requests for a Waiver/Form1 Release are vetted with the applicable head coach.
Once the Waiver/Form1 Release has been entered in the OMHA portal, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your child's Waiver/Form 1 Release from Barrie AAA ZONE; that email is the official Waiver/Form 1 Release from Barrie AAA ZONE.
U18 ONLY:
Requests will NOT be issued until August 23, 2024.
Requests for your AAA home centre signature on your Jr. Permission to Skate (which has been issued by your home hockey centre, ie. BMHA Innisfil MHA, etc.) can be submitted to [email protected].
